Terms and ConditionsPlease read carefully since this is what our rental agreement refers to accepting our house or property rules;

Important Rules :
- Guests will be provided a rental agreement which they will have to read, and sign before check in time, along with some ID verification process
NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AGREED TO IN WRITING
PLEASE NO SMOKING! Our cleaning team works very very hard to make sure every guest is greeted with a fresh and clean smelling unit! Cigarette and other herbs leave behind an extremely powerful odor! Please, we sincerely ask that you inhale ONLY OXYGEN inside the unit.
**Breaking this rule incurs $300 cleaning fee (because it really is that difficult to get out)
Please be mindful of your neighbors. We ask that you practice quiet hours after 10pm.
**Any Noise Complaints or Police Visits will lead to INSTANT EVICTION + $250 Fine !!!!
Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
Only registered guests are allowed to sleep in the unit
Do not exceed the maximum persons allowed in the unit stated on the listing
Stained or damaged linens will incur an instant charge for replacement;
Bath Towel $12/each
Hand Towels $7/each
Bed Linen and sheets $35/each
Couch and/or Rug stains cleaned at $50/hr
Lost key will incur a $50 fine (keys not back in original place is considered lost)
Lockout: if our maintenance team is available please keep in mind that we have a $25 service call fee (if an extra key is available). if not available, the guest is responsible for scheduling and covering a locksmith service call
Keep in mind that we do redecorate from time to time so amenities are subject to change. All rates are subject to change up until the confirmation of booking. We take excessive noise complaints, parties, excess occupancy, along with any violation of our contract very seriously as these rules are strictly enforced.
- Guests can cancel at least 60 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee
- Service fee is not refundable
