San Diego's stadium calendar is stacked, and the biggest shows turn the whole city into a lodging crunch. Three dates to circle now:
- Niteharts Festival — Friday, October 9 through Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Snapdragon Stadium. A 3-day EDM festival — the biggest remaining lodging driver of 2026, and multi-day means multi-night stays.
- Metallica (M72 World Tour) — Thursday, May 13, 2027, at Snapdragon Stadium (2101 Stadium Way), in-the-round with Limp Bizkit. A stadium sellout — the biggest single-show driver of 2027 so far.
- Luke Combs — Saturday, June 26, 2027, at Petco Park's stadium bowl (100 Park Blvd), in-the-round. Another stadium sellout.
For all three, base yourself central.
